INDUCTION HEAT TREATING:
Hudapack specializes in the induction hardening of fasteners, shafts, gears and other parts requiring selective hardening. Our equipment includes automatic fastener hardening, to harden the tips of self-tapping screws. Our bowl feeder lines are capable of hardening 6,000 to 15,000 parts per hour, depending on size and configuration.

We have the capacity to selectively harden shafts with external splines or gear teeth, in sizes up to 4 inches in diameter, and length up to 24 inches. Depth of hardness can be controlled precisely, and the induction process insures that there will be no decarburization or surface oxidation.

VERTICAL SCANNING:
Today, we've expanded our induction capability to include vertical scanning of parts up to 4 feet in size.
