• Offers low temperature annealing and bright stress
relieving of low, medium, high carbon and alloy steels.

• Increases capacity of our continuous austempering line in
operation at our Elkhorn plant. Continuous link and mesh belt
heat treating under atmosphere for the processing of high and
medium carbon steels and ductile iron. Continuous austempering
is also the preferred method for the heat treatment of spring steel.

• Salt to salt heat treating methods are uniform, quick,
efficient, economical and environmentally responsible.
Heat treating operations include neutral hardening,
austempering, martempering and tempering application.
Automated salt to salt process provides uniform heating,
minimizes distortion, eliminates formation of damaging oxide scales,
and repeatability of process. For ferrous and non-ferrous alloys,
